Hello, I’m Michelle Milligan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with expertise in supporting adolescents and adults through life’s challenges. I provide a compassionate, collaborative approach to therapy, using evidence-based techniques like CBT and trauma-focused interventions to help clients manage issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I work with adolescents (ages 14 and up) and adults from diverse backgrounds, including individuals, couples, and families. My practice focuses on treating mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders including PTSD and social anxiety, and transitional challenges like grief, divorce, or occupational stress.
