Hi, I’m Michelle, a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults. I began my career as a neurocognitive specialist for three years and hold a BA in Psychology from La Salle University (2017) and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Substance Abuse and Addiction Certification from Immaculata University (2020). I’m passionate about helping clients navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.

I have helped people overcome their anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, OCD, ADHD, and more. I use a mix of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and a solution focused approach.
