I have 22+ years of experience in mental health and addictions counseling. I specialize in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, am also experienced in helping clients with depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship issues, motivation, and self esteem. My practice offers telehealth counseling to adolescents, individuals, and couples.
