Announcement icon Although I am not currently accepting new clients, when I do begin taking new clients again, we will meet safely virtually or via phone.
My ideal client is one of the following: 1) a woman who is TIRED of making bad relationship choices and is ready for a change! 2) a couple that wants to grow closer through improved communication and better problem-solving skills 3) a pastor who struggles to find balance in his/her life and 4) adolescent girls and women who long to realize their God-given worth in a culture that often devalues women on the basis of their appearance, age, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity and social class.
When working with adolescents, adults, couples and families, I try to bring awareness about counter-productive thoughts and behaviors, and then I offer assistance in making productive changes. In my groups, classes, workshops and seminars, my goal is to share relationship-enhancing information in a safe, relaxing, enjoyable environment.
I am, above all, an educator. My goal is to teach people how to enhance their relationships, their communication, and their self-worth. I incorporate music, poetry, art, drama, psycho-social literature, and Scripture to help clients. If you want to learn how to have healthier, happier relationships, call me!

Michelle Mica Stewart's Groups

Finding Ms. Right after Losing Mr. Wrong

This educational support group is for women who are struggling to deal with the loss of a relationship due to divorce, separation or a break-up. As women, we often invest so much into a relationship, that when the relationship fails, we actually lose part of who we are. That is painful. In this group, we will focus on 1) how to grieve the losses 2) finding ourselves again and 3) moving forward in a healthy direction. Call for details regarding the start date and time.
