It takes strength to acknowledge the need for help and I commend you on taking the first step. I love working alongside individuals who are processing traumatic events. I enjoy working with couples who are longing to feel connected to one another and are experiencing intimacy issues as a result of this disconnect. Taboo topics, like sex, can make any relationship especially strenuous. Finally, I’ve always been passionate about supporting teens and young adults because that’s a difficult time for all of us yet it can feel extremely isolating, as though no one understands who you are or what you’re going through.
As a therapist, my role is to create a safe and supportive space to allow my clients to process and work through their discomfort and disconnection. I bring my authentic, sometimes awkward, self to every session by eliminating stigma and pushing my clients just enough to get out of their comfort zone so healing and reconnection can occur.
Struggling in life can sometimes be very lonely and cause friction in your relationships. I’m here to tell you that you don't have to do this alone. Whether you're looking for individual or couples therapy, the fact that you're here is what matters. After all, seeking help when it’s needed is often what determines our life satisfaction, so reach out today!
