I enjoy working with individuals that struggle with substance use issues, trauma, depression disorders, anxiety disorders, grief and loss. I utilize EMDR to aid individuals in processing traumas, anxieties and negative beliefs. Additionally, I provide varied therapeutic approaches to aid in your process of healing as each individual is unique.
My main goal is to provide a safe environment for you to feel comfortable to discuss and process your thoughts and feelings.
