I provide testing for neurodivergent children, teens, and adults and therapy to teens and adults with a particular focus on autism. While individuals on the spectrum have myriad strengths, many also experience anxiety or depression, or need someone to talk to better understand their experiences. A strong understanding of how you process the world is also helpful in receiving appropriate accommodations and supports at school or work. My wellness approach is influenced by training in acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness techniques, and relaxation and stress reduction strategies.
I have worked for over twenty-five years with individuals with autism in a variety of settings. I am listed on the National Register of Health Service Psychologists and am authorized to practice telepsychology in states participating in PSYPACT.
In addition to therapy for teens and adults, I provide individualized testing to children and adults for autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other learning disorders. My goal is to ensure a comfortable, positive experience while developing recommendations and connecting each individual to appropriate resources.
