Background: Family Relations Counselor in the Family Services Unit, the Judicial Branch, Connecticut, worked on custody, & family violence cases, Therapist at Catholic Family Services, and the Family Study Center, addressing a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, couples conflict, children and teens behavior, family and parenting concerns.
I utilize family systems therapy, solution focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness in my work. With children, I use play therapy. My approach to working with clients is positive and supportive.
