About
Hello... my aim is to help you overcome obstacles blocking you from living a full and emotionally healthy life. My approach is eclectic and tailored to the needs of each client; I work with everyone as a collaborator, since YOU are the expert in what you need. Our work together will help uncover the innate wisdom and self-compassion you possess and cultivate skills to help you live the full life you deserve. We can learn much about ourselves through both the laughter and the tears; with acceptance and non-judgment we will get curious about your obstacles and challenges.
In this safe environment, we will start with talk and can bring in other tools that make sense for you - mindfulness, awareness of the connectedness of the mind and body, meditation, sound and movement.
I specialize in helping clients deal with grief and bereavement and loss of all kinds, as well as anxiety, depression, relationship issues and chronic pain and stress. Let's work together...change is possible. "Keep some room in your heart for the unimaginable." ~Mary Oliver
