I enjoy working with individuals and couples. I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth. I work with a diverse range of clients, including first responders, veterans, teens, adults, couples, and folks in the LGBTQ community. I work with people who experience symptoms of trauma, anxiety, loss/grief, depression, addiction, low self confidence and struggles with communication and connection in relationships.
Using a blend of therapeutic techniques, including Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused and Compassion Focused Therapy, I provide a personalized approach to each client. This flexibility allows us to adapt to what works best, creating a valuable experience.
