Life presents many challenges and changes. I have been providing mental health services to children, teens, adults and families for many years. My goal is to listen and assist clients in making changes that will increase their ability to live and enjoy life. I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of children, teens and adults. I enjoy the variety of ages and issues clients present.
My therapeutic approach is individualized to the client. Some clients benefit from cognitive behavior therapy; family systems theory; mindfulness; solution focused; and trauma therapy. Recently I completed intensive training and am certified in hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
Clients often tell me that they feel heard and supported in therapy. My clients make progress and feel better. It is often helpful to go back to the source of the pain or trauma. When someone has the courage to reach out for help, I view it as an absolute honor to support clients in improving the quality of their lives.
