Hello, my name is Michelle Marin and I am an LCSW. I help women struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and trauma. My practice is patient-centered and patient-driven. I enjoy incorporating mindfulness techniques and adaptive coping skills to promote self-efficacy. Together we can work towards self-discovery and overall better quality of life through identifying triggers, self-insight work, self-awareness, mindfulness, healthy coping mechanisms, and client-driven objectives.
I enjoy working with women who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma. I enjoy highlighting and utilizing client strengths to improve adaptive coping.
I utilize self-reflection questions and attempt to maintain a warm and welcoming environment. I hope my clients walk away feeling seen and heard, but also challenged to make adaptive and healthy choices.
