I love getting to work with people from all walks of life and taking the time to form real relationships with my clients. I work best with clients who are seeking self-empowerment, healing, and support in building a life they can truly flourish in. Life isn’t easy, and many people find themselves stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I support clients in developing skills, processing past trauma, and navigating challenges such as anxiety, panic, and depression. I love working with folks to build greater resilience and find more authentic ways of living.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I use a person-centered framework that honors your lived experience and trusts that you are the expert on your own life. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and Collaborative Problem Solving.
My values are focused on equity, compassion, and inclusion, both as a therapist and as a person. My goal is to create an affirming, inclusive space where clients of different backgrounds feel respected, supported, and able to show up as their full selves.
