Whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, OCD, burnout, emotional overwhelm, school stress, perfectionism, or long-standing relational patterns, I help adults, couples, and teens 13+ understand what’s really driving the stuck places—not just manage symptoms on the surface.
I work with high-achieving adults, neurodivergent clients and couples, parents of neurodivergent kids, and teens who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or caught in loops they can’t easily explain. Many of my clients are capable and insightful, but still find themselves overthinking, avoiding, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected and exhausted.
Therapy with me blends insight, structure, warmth, and practical tools. I’m direct but kind, use humor when it helps, and focus on helping you create change that actually translates into daily life. My work draws from schema therapy, ACT, CBT, ERP for OCD, Internal Family Systems parts work, and somatic/EMDR-informed approaches.
