I see children, adolescents, young adults, and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to facilitate growth and change. I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, addiction, ADHD, anger, OCD, self esteem, grief and loss, relationship issues, and life changes/transitions. Through our relationship, my goal is for you to gain a better understanding of yourself, achieve balance in your life, and be the best version of yourself.

I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults with substance abuse and addiction issues. I also specialize in treating ADHD in children, teens, and adults.

Beginning therapy can be uncomfortable and overwhelming while also extremely rewarding. As your therapist, I will provide a safe space for personal growth, self exploration, and healing.

Michelle Manne's Groups

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

Our 6-week group will teach children how to use mindfulness to control their attention. By acquiring mindful awareness children can also become more aware of their emotional state and react less impulsively. The group will focus on all of the foundational skills of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, leading to enhanced positive interactions with others, increased self-esteem, and promoting independence. We offer three different groups divided by age, for children ages 7-17.
