Oftentimes, the first steps in seeking therapy are some of the hardest. I am glad that you are here. Through a humanistic approach and use of evidence-based treatments, I strive to help my clients grow, heal, persevere, and find and harness their inner strength. I am open and warm by nature and am also flexible in working together to meet each of my client's individual needs. I care deeply about the work that I do and use my background working with adults, adolescents, children, and their families to employ my passion for helping others.
I am currently accepting new clients at Centered Wisdom Psychotherapy, a small group practice in Menlo Park, CA. Prior to working in private practice, I worked in higher levels of care in intensive outpatient programs (IOPs) and served in academic settings as a school counselor.
Raised in Fremont, CA, I attended Mission San Jose High. I then went on to UCLA to receive my Bachelor's degree, where I was also a Division One Athlete on the UCLA Women’s Soccer Team. I received my Master's from SJSU and continued on to become an LPCC. In my free time, I enjoy being outside, jogging, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
