Hi! I’m Michelle Mandell, a licensed professional counselor located in Bucks County, PA specializing in eating disorders, perinatal mental health, and anxiety. My therapeutic practice is grounded in the belief that all people have the capacity for change and can benefit from having a space to explore their belief systems, thought patterns, and emotions. I love working with clients on their relationship to food and body, anxiety patterns such as perfectionism and over-thinking, and people in the perinatal phase of life, including those trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum.

My therapeutic style is warm, approachable, and understanding- I can’t help but be myself, and know that my clients are the experts on themselves, and my role is to help understand and heal. I practice from a HAES-aligned, social justice, and trauma-informed lens, and blend modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, CBT, and DBT.
