I specialize in trauma therapy and clients who are struggling with PTSD symptoms, anger, anxiety, depression, and gender identity. While I have many years of experience with early adolescent youth, I work with clients of all ages who have a history of trauma or long-term exposure to stress. I often find healing in humor and aim to build a trusting and open environment where clients can feel comfortable to laugh as they heal.
I offer EMDR and trauma-based therapy services with a specialized understanding of complex trauma. I also integrate aspects of DBT, CBT, IFS, and mindfulness to help client find healing from past trauma.
