I am Michelle MacIlvaine, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience in mental health. I work with diverse populations who face a range of concerns, including anxiety, adjustment to life’s issues, grief, trauma, parenting, and family issues. I have experience working with individuals of all ages, from children to adults to seniors.

I utilize an empathetic, strengths-based approach to find unique solutions and help clients achieve their goals. I draw from person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play therapy.
