I help folks acknowledge, address, and release what might not be working, and provide you with strategies and tools to support you in achieving your goals. I particularly enjoy working with couples and folks looking for new perspectives. My systems-thinking approach allows me to tailor my treatment plans to the individual needs of my clients. Sometimes physical movement helps emotional and energetic movement. During the warmer weather months I particularly enjoy offering “walk and talks” as well as traditional indoor sessions! I’m open to daytime clients; I’m currently booked for late afternoon/evenings.

I practice with a particular focus on Internal Family Systems, and I also draw from many counseling theories to meet my client's needs.
