Has there been a significant loss in your life? Has grief or mourning overtaken you? Are you living with chronic illness or chronic pain? Do depression, anxiety, or numbness overcome you? Do you need help getting through life events? Have you taken a new role in life, or want to change your role in life, but that seems overwhelming? Are you struggling to figure out what you want in life? If so, my door is open; let me help you. Sessions are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Individual and group therapy are offered. This is an inclusive space and a hate-free zone.

I specialize in loss and becoming. The range of loss is broad: grief/mourning, aging, chronic illness, chronic pain, relocation that takes you out of your routine, separation/divorce, retirement, empty nest syndrome, being laid off from your career, and the list goes on. Then there is becoming, which may emerge from loss or emerge into your authentic self.

The best work in therapy happens when there is a "good fit" between you and the therapist. I offer a free consultation, allowing us to determine if we want to work together. I also provide group therapy to process grief within a bonding group. Giving back to the community, I offer a number of low-fee slots for individuals who need help and are low on funds.

Grief Therapy: Finding Meaning in Loss Group 2025

This is a closed group, which means the same people will meet each week, allowing them to process grief in a trusting community. Groups range between 5 to 10 members. There will be 10 to 12 sessions, and each week is planned—fees for the group: Per Session: $40.00 (2 hours). There is also an Intake Interview to confirm that group therapy will be beneficial for you and for me to collect some basic information considering your loss. There is a $100.00 fee to reserve the spot and help with group materials.
