With over 25 years of experience, I work collaboratively with children, young adults and families to create meaningful lasting change. I hold a Master's degree in Psychological Counseling, A Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC). My approach is grounded in understanding the whole person while recognizing how family, relationships and life experiences shape emotional and behavioral well-being.
My therapy style is rooted in family systems, behavioral interventions and a holistic approach to believe that healing happens when people feel safe, supported and empowered. If a child is struggling with emotional regulation, a young adult with life transitions, or a family is experiencing conflict or disconnection, I tailor treatment for each client's need
I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Together, working on building insight, resilience and practical skills to improve communication, mange stress, strengthen relationships and foster confidence. My goal is to help clients grow into healthier more-balanced versions of themselves.
