I am the Owner and Founder of Counseling Associates at the Lake, Inc. and have 32 years of clinical experience as a therapist. The connections I make partnering with my clients during some of the toughest times of their lives and sharing in their journey as they grow, as they strengthen themselves and their relationships and as they heal is a privilege and one that I cherish. I am passionate about the mental health field and my work in it. I am beyond grateful to be in a profession that I truly love so much. I am an ardent ally and safe space for LGBTQIA+ clients and all clients in any vulnerable, marginalized or oppressed groups.
I have a deep care for each of my clients and together we will devise a plan that will facilitate your goals in the most effective manner. I am compassionate, kind and funny yet also direct as needed and a straight shooter in my approach. We will collaborate as a team to help you achieve your goals and to find your deserved peace and deeper connections.
