I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a background in treating clients with anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, trauma and stress-related disorders, depressive disorders, and various other concerns. Additionally, I have experience working with neurodevelopment disorders. In our work together I will take a highly empathic and supportive approach. The most important aspect of your therapy is that you feel extremely comfortable sharing your inner world with me. There will never be a moment where I judge you. There's likely nothing you can say that would phase me.
Our first session will be the initial intake. During this session, I will gather a comprehensive background of you. I will learn about your reasons for starting therapy and your therapeutic goals. I will perform various assessments if necessary. Once I've gathered enough information I will provide you with treatment recommendations.
One of my strengths is that I am well-attuned to my clients. I will notice things that others might not notice. I will point things out that others may not. I want you to see your truest self through my eyes.
