With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, eating disorders, and women's issues. My approach is holistic and collaborative, drawing on CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy to help you build self-awareness, resilience, and deeper connection. For couples, I offer both relationship counseling and premarital support through Prepare and Enrich.
