When human beings experience life-altering stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people who have been through severe life stressors. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia. Most of my 20+ year career has been spent working with adults, children, adolescents and their families in a community-based, inpatient, and school-based counseling program.

I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, depression, relationship challenges, self-esteem, and varied mental health diagnoses. My theoretical approach is based on the belief that clients are in charge of their counseling experience.

I focused on using treatment methods that have been researched including: Cognitive-Behavioral, Rational-Emotive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered to collaboratively work on goals defined by my clients. Areas of treatment that I specialize in are: anxiety, depression, disruptive behaviors, depression, relationship challenges and self-esteem.
