I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker, providing care for individuals (adolescents, adults, and seniors), couples, and families. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Trauma, Fertility Challenges and Pregnancy Loss, Relationship Issues, and Cultural/Intergenerational Issues. I also have extensive experience working with families whose loved ones have special needs or substance use issues.
My clinical approach is eclectic and culturally sensitive, utilizing a variety of styles based on client need. Therapeutically I incorporate: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), IFS, Psychodynamic and Strength-Based perspectives, as well as Attachment-based and Trauma informed practices. My style is interactive, supportive, compassionate & empathetic.
