Challenging and traumatic events impact us all, and the ramifications can be long lasting. My therapeutic focus is on the liberation found in healing from past experiences and moving into the present. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, parts work (inspired by Internal Family Systems therapy), and a systemic perspective to help bring about healing, reclaim power, and live life to the fullest.
