I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 22 years of experience. I specialize in supporting teens, adults, and seniors navigating adjustment disorders, adoption, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and stress-related disorders. After a successful legal career, I returned to school to pursue my true passion—helping others accomplish personal and professional growth, obtain wellness, and meet mental health goals.
I received my Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and life coaching techniques, tailoring care to fit the needs of each client.
