About
Stress, overwhelm, boundary confusion, communication issues, relationship struggles. I specialize in helping clients who long for change but feel mired in old patterns and unconscious habits and stuck in unhealthy relationships and situations that no longer serve them. Getting unstuck means cultivating a kind awareness of our unique internal experience, learning to know and trust who we are and creating healthy boundaries so that we no longer abandon ourselves. Doing so enriches all our relationships! I provide a mindful, creative and gentle safe space for clients to explore, transform and heal and then move forward in life.
I offer mindfulness and compassion-based practices that support clients seeking to become less anxious, less stressed, less reactive and more grounded, present and connected with their own inner guidance and strengths. As a result of our work together, clients are able to communicate with themselves and others with greater clarity, care and compassion.
I am accepting new clients. I meet clients in-person in downtown Longmont in Boulder County and am also fully equipped to offer HIPAA compliant online TeleHealth sessions.
