My clients experience a non-judgmental, caring, and relaxing atmosphere that promotes personal growth and healing. I use an individualized and integrated approach which includes Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and a Positive Psychology model. My goal is always to help my clients recognize their inherent strengths so they can realize their full potential.
My experience includes working with children of divorce, adolescents, adults, couples and families experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship/parenting challenges, life transitions, grief/loss issues and sexual abuse. I also have extensive experience working with adults with mild traumatic brain injury and other co-occurring mental health concerns.
