I work with adults and teens and provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate space to improve your life. We can work together to address trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, ADHD, mood fluctuations, and anger issues.
I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD, am IFS informed and am adept at helping to manage anxiety. I have worked with many people over the years to help them achieve their goals and improve their lives. I have extensive experience as a school social worker, an in-home therapist, a VCU adjunct professor, and TDT behavioral specialist. I am LGBTQ+ affirming.
