Everyone has mental health and it is important to take care of it. Happiness is not unlimited; however it can feel far away if you're struggling with anxiety, depression, history of trauma/chronic stress, etc. I use a strength based, relational approach for growth and am a strong believer in empowering individuals to take control of their own health & wellness and create the roots for recovery.
I take an eclectic approach to therapy dependent on the needs of the individual, family, or couple that I'm working with. I have experience with DBT, TF-CBT, EMDR & working with a variety of mental health & relational issues including anxiety, transitional issues, family conflict, communication difficulties, and more.
I am also board approved to provide clinical supervision for individuals with a LGSW & that is something I am passionate about.
