I am so proud of you for taking the first step in your mental health journey! As individuals, we sometimes put ourselves "to the side" to take care of others, making sure their needs are taken care of before our own are met. However, it's also essential to take care of ourselves, physically, emotionally, and mentally. My goal is to support and assist you, guide those of you who are dealing with grief, anxiety, and depression - help you feel heard, understood, and never alone in your struggles.

My approach is Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered, and trauma-informed therapeutic techniques. My background is working in the community center mental health field and working with those who deal with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD.

Whether you’re experiencing the deep pain of loss, the weight of persistent sadness, or the overwhelming effects of anxiety, I am here to support you, helping you feel heard, understood, and never alone in your struggles. In our work together, we will work toward restoring balance, building resilience, and creating a path toward hope and renewed purpose.
