Given my somatic-based and trauma-informed trainings and professional experiences related to behaviorism and human development, I have created an integrative approach where you can feel seen and heard as your relationship with yourself and, consequently, others shifts as a result of your increasing regulation and self-awareness.
At the heart of my approach is the belief that we inherently possess the wisdom needed to improve our life if we can learn the methods to “answer the call” of the body to promote increased integration and regulation (somatics) and relate to our thoughts and emotions with increasing awareness and compassion (mindfulness).
