I work with adolescents and adults who feel stuck in cycles of food and body struggles and are seeking a healthier, more peaceful way forward. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by eating disorder symptoms, preoccupied with food or weight, disconnected from their bodies, or exhausted by years of dieting and self-criticism. Others are navigating life transitions, stress, trauma, or relationship challenges that have impacted their eating patterns and overall well-being. We work collaboratively to identify underlying factors contributing to their concerns, develop effective coping strategies, and create sustainable changes.
As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, chronic dieting, emotional eating, and difficulties with body image, self-esteem, and their relationship with food.
Counseling should be a welcoming space, free of judgment, for clients to begin or resume their path of healing and self-discovery, and I seek to create this space for all clients.
