Each person has their own unique story, and I genuinely want to hear about yours. It is our uniqueness that make us beautiful, and I want to help give you the tools to see that in yourself. I specialize in working with complex trauma, which can present in many ways. Many of my clients struggle with big emotions and reactions, relationship issues, codependency, anxiety, shame, and low self-esteem. If you are feeling lost, hurt, scared, or hopeless, then I am so glad you are reaching out for help. I truly believe we are all capable and worthy of growth, healing, and compassion.
I utilize CBT, DBT, person-centered, psychodynamic, and compassion-focused therapy. I come from an attachment-based background, and am also certified in EMDR, which is a great tool to use if talking feels daunting. I tailor my therapeutic approach to best meet your needs, but most importantly I want to foster a meaningful and trusting connection.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and secure space where you can feel comfortable addressing difficult topics, issues, and memories. No matter where you are at in your life’s journey, I am here to provide you the tools to help you find balance within yourself, and learn how to start living the life that you deserve.
