The ideal client is a person who applies the skills and knowledge learned in therapy to help them better things in their lives. I would imagine their issues are probably not enough money, time, resources, or space to do all the things they want to get accomplished. Their goals in life maybe to live the good life as best as they can peacefully and unassuming. They want a secure life, with little to no stress. If there does have to be stress is quite manageable. IF it is not, then that is where counseling comes in. Having that person to listen.
I am a licensed professional counselor, with a background which ranges from middle school aged children to adults with and without substance used disorders. I am a Christian therapist, who applies Biblical principles to every session. Who will listen to what the client has to say and do my best to assist.
As stated before, I am a licensed professional counselor, I truly believe in what I do. I have seen people's lives changed as a result of working with me. I am a Christian first and a counselor second, so I trust in God for every word that proceeds out of my mouth. I am a firm believer in, if I can't help you, I am sure not going to hurt you.
