Supporting individuals and families in finding balance and emotional well-being, I have a deep desire to walk along side other's as they navigate life’s challenges. From anxiety, stress and life transitions, my goal is to foster resilience and self-compassion with the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and a Person Centered approach. Finding practical skills to promote calm and balance during stressful moments, I like to meet clients where they are and work on what is most important to them, so they feel understood, valued and empowered to make meaningful change in their lives.
I hope to create a safe and empathetic space for individuals and families to feel supported while they explore their thoughts and emotions. My goal is to empower clients with the tools they need for healing and personal growth. I am especially passionate about supporting young women and parents as they grow, heal and rediscover themselves.
I have a belief that feeling good both mentally and physically plays a huge role in overall happiness and take a holistic approach to counseling, addressing emotional, physical and relational needs. Helping people to find balance within their busy lives, I look forward to seeing how I can best serve you and help you achieve your goals of well-being.
