We specialize in working with individuals and families who have anxiety, depression, bipolar, mood disorders, PTSD, etc. We have 2 therapists in our office and can work to accommodate most needs. Michelle is also certified as a trauma counselor.
I incorporate a variety of techniques such as Art, (Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Music, and Mindfulness techniques through an individual approach to help you lead a happier and more productive life.
