Using a holistic and integrative approach, I specialize in treating relationships, trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, and other mental health issues. I am trained in EMDR, EFT and Gottman Method couples therapy and other therapies that when combined provide positive long-lasting results. I treat teenagers, adults, and couples and I’m trauma-informed.
I approach therapy with a collaborative spirit, as I’m here to meet you where you’re at and walk alongside you through your journey with compassionate accountability.
