Announcement icon Warrenton Women's Counseling remains open during this time of social distancing. We offer video, phone and FaceTime sessions. Stay well!
I specialize in women's emotional health. Are you struggling with relationship stress, anxiety, depression or low self-esteem. Stress of any kind will take a toll on your health and your relationships. If you are looking to untangle your thoughts and emotions you've come to the right place. Being in practice for over 30 years I work closely with my clients to support and guide them to a better place. You deserve peace of mind. Trauma, eating disorders and relationship stress are a few of my specialities. Call or text today. Looking forward to helping you feel better.
I am offering telehealth sessions to anyone who does not want to meet face to face. These sessions are held via Zoom or phone. It's different but I am finding that many enjoy the convenience of talking to a therapist from their home (or car). Sometimes women have to go to their cars for a moment of quiet.
If you find yourself struggling, please know that I am only a call or email away. I will partner with you to help you (1) prioritize your issues and (2) come up with some action steps to help you get unstuck, (3) feel better and (4) move forward (even when you have to stay at home). Don't wait, call me for a quick phone consultation.
