I offer a grounded, compassionate space for those navigating self-worth, boundaries, relationships, spirituality, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that no longer serve you while helping you reconnect with your authentic self.

I believe therapy is an invitation to care for the whole person—mind, body, and soul. I offer a grounded, sacred space where you can feel deeply seen, heard, and understood. I approach therapy through a holistic lens that honors the spiritual dimension of who we are and the deeper meaning and purpose of our lives.
