As a therapist, my ultimate goal is for you to have a healing experience through somatic work and EMDR so you can break free from your generational cycle and pave your own way.
I specialize in working with clients with want to overcome generational trauma through cultural and spiritual awareness. I am EMDR trained to assist you in building emotional awareness and letting go of the past. I work with insurance under the Optum Health partners (United, UMR, Oscar) and Aetna through the Alma platform at helloalma.com.
