Hello! I am Michelle, your friendly Autistic queer therapist. I am not your average therapist. I take on a radicalized and affirming approach to mental health that are rooted in disability justice, anti-carceral care, de-centering neuronormativity, and trauma informed nervous system care. I specialize in later in life diagnosis, Autism in women (including non-binary and other queer identities), intersections of queer identities and neurodivergence, chronic illness, neurodivergent trauma, and complex trauma (c-PTSD).
