My passion is to see you living to your full potential through greater consciousness and self-awareness. Tackling difficult issues together can make them less daunting, while uncovering and understanding self-defeating patterns can facilitate lasting change. Using a Jungian/depth psychological approach, we will jointly identify opportunities to grow beyond these problematic areas, gain insight and explore techniques to move towards a more rewarding life. Learning to sit with suffering can liberate us from its bondage and promotes self-compassion, both essential for mental health.

We will collaborate on a treatment approach tailored to your particular needs; this may include cognitive behavioral, depth psychology and Jungian-informed approaches. I use mindfulness to improve the ability to tolerate uncomfortable thoughts and emotions.

Jungian-Oriented Dream Group - FULL as of 9/25
Jung reported that dreams are a gift from the soul and a way to accelerate your psycho-spiritual development. The day/time will be determined by group member availability, which can include evenings to accommodate those with daytime scheduling challenges. Currently we meet once/month for approximately 2 hours; the cost per session is $30. It is important to commit to attend every session to create an optimal experience.
