I can also offer a Christian counseling approach for individuals who are looking to integrate their faith into their counseling sessions.
With 17 years in the mental health field, I have ample experience working with depression, anxiety, recovering from narcissistic abuse, codependency, boundaries and coping skill building, self-esteem, managing difficult life transitions, grief and loss and issues of faith and spirituality, and much more.
