My approach is integrative, person-centered, and insight focused. I received my MA in Transpersonal Counseling in 2003 from Naropa University in Boulder, CO, and utilize a mix of methods based in mindfulness, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed therapy, family systems, cognitive-behavioral, parts work, transpersonal psychology.
