I am an eclectic therapist who has been practicing for over 30 years. I deepened my love for the Eastern arts on my own journey of healing mentally/emotionally, medically, physically, and spiritually. It has now become my passion to work with therapists, healers, or anyone seeking "something different" in healing chronic depression, anxiety, traumas, relationship issues, chronic stress/pain related to medical conditions. You are wanting to reduce the “busy mind” and feel a sense of inner calm and peace. You are seeking something more than just talk therapy and want to feel the release of tension. Yes, all good sh&t!

I work with the mind/body through the use of social work principles and interventions, sound healing, mindfulness practices, & guided imagery to focus on cognitive distortions as well as the somatic symptoms that are creating tension in the body to release. We are leaving hours of talk therapy behind and gently getting into the healing work you came for.

I invite all therapists, healers, and others and work with all our beautiful communities of all cultures, LGBTQIA+, who are seeking something different, creative, and interactive We will be sitting in chairs, on the floor together, and ultimately, in a collective, healing, safe, compassionate-based practice space.
