I have extensive experience working with families and children dealing with Special Needs including Autism, ADHD among others. I have worked for Hospice in Bereavement, Grief and Loss as well as extensive experience in Inpatient Psychiatric Clinics where I addressed Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Dementia and supported client's caregivers.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy which includes traditional treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Energy work and Mindfulness exercises to custom design treatments that meet each of my Clients needs individually.
